Before doing outdoor activity, apply the cream onto your intended, protected skin.
Make sure that all skins are well covered.
Repeat the application where necessary to ensure adequate protection.
Use as frequent as possible, mainly after drying your sweaty body, or after swimming activity.
Clean the cream at night by cream/milk cleanser or soap and water.
Re-apply it in the next morning.
