Active Ingridients and Indication

Contains 2% ketoconazolactive substance.
for Pityrosporum Yeast infectious treatment, such as Pityriasis versicolor (on certain places), Seborrhoeic dermatitis and pityriasis capitis (dandruff) with already clear diagnose.

Contraindication

Sensitive patient to active or carrier substance of the preparation, and other imidazole antifungal.

Storage

Store in a cool place, and avoid from light.

Applied for head all lair washing. Leave it for 3-5 minutes before rinsing hairs.

  1. Pityriasis versicolor: once a day for 5 days.
  2. Seborrhoeic dermatitis and Pityriasis capitis (dandruff) twice a week for 2-4 weeks.
  1. For external use only
  2. Keep out of reach of children. Unknown effectiveness and security for children.
  3. Stop the treatment in case of sensitization or chemical irritating reaction. Wash hands after administering this product.
  4. Not suggested to apply Ketomed(E) scalp Solution during treatment with long term Corticosteroids, as it may cause irritation. Give 2 week interval.
  5. Though no Ketoconazole absorption through skin, it is not suggested to be applied on the first trimester pregnancy and lactating period
